This option provides users the ability to export a UV map to an external application for additional processing in the resolution independent EPS vector format. The resulting file will be useful as a reference point when opened in an Image Editing application (such as Photoshop) when creating bitmap textures. The command is found in the menu bar under the 'Texture > Export UVs to EPS' option.

How does this explain how to use it?

@Sablefine - Select the item, then in the Lists panel (where weights, morphs, UVs etc are) select the UV map you want to export for the item. Then go Texture > Export UVs to EPS. If you are using AI, the file will not import with the given bounding box/image size though- so use PS.

Additionally, via Ian Brown is this nice command line feature "uv.toEPS linePointWidth:1 lineGrey:1.0"
With the UV selected, as before, put this in the command box, and hit enter. You can change the line width and grey of the line to your choosing.
